In the years I've been working in the recovery field and numerous centers I have worked for, I have heard many of sweet promises about how the facility cares for clients before all and have never actually seen it. I though coming to to Soho would be the same experience and was proven wrong quickly. I am in a work environment, where everyone from execs, to the clinical team, to techs love what they do and put client care first. It is all about how, as a whole we can come together and best provide care for anyone that comes through our doors. My coworkers, and supervisors are not just people I work with or for, they are family. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with, or a better environment to work in.
Soho Wellness Initiative is one of they few centers left that deals with substance abuse mind body and spirit and helps to bring families back together. Everyone including the staff truly cares about the clients and thier recovery
These people are the real deal. Compassionate caring and loving. It's a family environment with a focus on healing people and putting families back together .
I have worked here for over a year. The compassion from staff to clients is like nothing I have ever seen before. My coworkers truly care about the clients well being and want them to succeed. As an employee I have had the opportunity to grow and learn so much from my colleagues. I have never seen a treatment center that cares so much their clients and employees.
I worked at soho for over a year and it had to be one of my best jobs ever. Not just because I was able to help people and be on the front lines but to also see how they transformed after being part of their program. It was not just friends from work we became more like a family and I've witnessed them go into their own pockets to help people who did not have insurance. Although I do not work with them anymore because I work full time doing electrical work now I still remain in contact with my old bosses and some of the employees and they still continue to support me with whatever I am doing and continue to help countless people . I would still recommend anybody who I know to go there.
